We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your FentyBeauty.com purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS return shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused or gently used products in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
